Melody wants everyone to know it’s bucket hat season. Her ears were meant for hats, and possibly crowns! Melody is a bit of a diamond in the rough, needing a little glow up. She’s a little skinny and could use a life full of love. She is ready for her Cinderella moment and to find her forever prince charming!

Training & Support

Melody is not yet house-trained. We recommend slow, cautious, and appropriate introductions with any resident dogs after allowing time for decompression.

Application Details:

• Applications to adopt Melody start by contacting us through Wags.
• All household members should be present for the meet-and-greet.
• We can arrange dog-to-dog meet-and-greets for your current dog(s) if you have them. Please bring proof of up-to-date rabies vaccination for your dog(s).

Transporation

Melody is located at Chicago Animal Care and Control, 2741 S. Western Ave., Chicago, IL. We are open daily from 12pm to 7pm. If you plan to adopt on the day of your visit, please arrive before 5:30pm. Visitors arriving after 5:30pm can view animals until 7pm.
