Meet Max, a delightful 12-year-old pup with a charming personality and a wagging tail that will melt your heart. He's incredibly friendly and still enjoys the finer things in life, like cozy beds and plenty of praise for being a good boy. Max also has a weakness for tasty treats, which is why he's currently working on a weight-loss journey with the support of his fosters. He's making great progress, and with a little more focus on healthy snacks and continued activity, he'll be feeling his best in no time!

One of Max's most endearing qualities is his goofy side. Sometimes his lip gets caught on his teeth, giving him the most adorable, lop-sided grin that's guaranteed to make you smile. He previously lived with other dogs and enjoyed their company, so if you have canine companions at home, we'll arrange a meet-and-greet to ensure everyone gets along wonderfully. However, Max prefers a cat-free environment, as he's not the biggest fan of felines. This sweet senior is looking for a home where he can relax, nap in a comfy spot, and share his days with a loving companion.
