Meet Ruger, a 9-year-old, 20 lb bundle of easygoing affection and goofy charm! This gentle soul is a quiet and calm companion who absolutely adores scritches and pats. Ruger is perfectly content to join you on a leisurely stroll, ride along in the car, or simply relax nearby while you go about your day. He's a low-maintenance, low-energy pup who enjoys exploring on walks and has a charmingly inquisitive bark when he wants your attention or catches a whiff of something delicious in the kitchen, like chicken!

Ideal Home

Ruger is house-trained and exhibits excellent manners indoors. He's comfortable and settles well when left alone and can be trusted uncrated. He enjoys napping, lounging in a cozy spot, and patiently waiting for his people to return, often greeting them with a toy in his mouth. This friendly boy is great with new people and dogs, and has demonstrated patience and carefulness with young children he has met on walks, happily accepting pets from them. He welcomes visitors with a wagging tail and a desire for belly rubs.
