Rumi Cutie the Total Sweetheart

Rumi Cutie is an absolute sweetheart! She's an incredibly loving and happy girl who wants to be everyone's best friend. With her heart of gold and radiant happiness, Rumi will surely bring smiles wherever she goes. Her gorgeous big brown eyes and sweet grin are sure to melt your heart.

Ideal Home

Rumi would thrive in a home with a backyard where she can stretch her legs and explore, but she can also adapt to an apartment or condo with proper exercise and socialization. She's happy with a nice walk, a trip to the park, or some engaging indoor games. She would do best with a medium-energy male dog who enjoys companionship but isn't looking for a constant playmate. Rumi does not require another dog to be happy, as she thrives on human affection.

Ongoing Health

Rumi is believed to be a pittie mix, approximately 6 years old and 53 lbs. As with any rescue, breed and age cannot be guaranteed.

Training & Support

Rumi is eager to learn and motivated by treats. She already knows "sit" and "down" and walks nicely on a leash, only pulling occasionally when intrigued by a scent. She responds well to gentle corrections and is eager to please. Rumi is also crate and potty trained and has wonderful house manners.

Transporation

We facilitate adoptions nationwide using our rescue-run USDA certified transport system. Drop-off locations include WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada. Canadian adopters can pick up in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
