Lucy is a sweet and silly girl who's equal parts playful pup and professional sunbather! She’s a beautiful Hound/Pointer/Cattle Dog mix, born in December 2024, and weighs around 40 pounds. Lucy is a loving and playful companion once she gets to know and trust you. She enjoys chewing on bones and squeaky toys, playing with ropes and stuffed animals, and then loves to curl up for cuddles or relax in the sun. Lucy has a wonderful balance of energy—she's happy to play and go for walks, but she's also perfectly content to lounge and relax with her people.
Ideal Home
Lucy would do best with an experienced dog owner who understands the importance of structure, patience, and clear boundaries. Homes with children 10 years and over are recommended to ensure the best fit for both Lucy and the family.

Lucy is a healthy girl who has been spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped.
Training & Support
Lucy is fully potty trained and crate trained, and she settles easily in her crate. She walks fairly well on leash with occasional reminders. Lucy can be reserved with new people and may need a little time to warm up. Once she builds trust, she is incredibly affectionate, playful, and loyal. She is smart and capable of learning quickly with consistency and patience. Lucy is looking for a home that will give her the time and leadership she needs to feel secure and confident.

Transporation
Lucy is currently being fostered in Parker, Colorado, and will be transported to her perfect forever home by our rescue! We have transports departing each week.
