Delilah is a sweet and gentle soul who was found wandering alone and brought to safety. She is a medium-sized mixed breed with a beautiful brindle coat and soulful eyes. Delilah is a loving companion who enjoys cuddles and quiet time. She would do best in a home where she can be showered with affection and attention.
Ideal Home
Delilah would thrive in a home that is calm and loving. She would prefer a home without young children, as she can be a bit timid and overwhelmed by a lot of noise and activity. A fenced yard would be a plus, allowing her to safely explore and enjoy the outdoors.
Ongoing Health
Delilah is up to date on all vaccinations, has been spayed, and is heartworm negative. She receives monthly flea and tick preventative and heartworm preventative, and is regularly dewormed. She is microchipped.
Training & Support
Delilah is still learning to trust and can be a little shy at first. With patience and positive reinforcement, she is sure to blossom into a confident and outgoing dog. She would benefit from continued socialization and basic obedience training to help her build confidence.

- A home visit and vet reference are required.
- Rental property owners will need to provide a copy of their lease stating pets are allowed.
- If you have had a pet within the last two years, please provide the name and contact information for your previous vet.
- If you have never owned a pet or it has been over two years, please provide a personal reference.
Transporation
Delilah is located at our rescue center in Brundidge, AL. Transportation can be arranged to approved adopters within a reasonable distance.
