JOEY

Joey is a super cute, approximately 2-year-old pup with golden tan fur and beautiful green eyes. He's a sweet, energetic, and playful boy who loves being with people, snuggling, and going on walks. Joey enjoys roughhousing with his foster sister, who is larger than him, and he gets along well with other dog siblings. He walks nicely on a leash and knows his basic commands like SIT, STAY, and DOWN. Joey is crate trained for workdays and nights and has not shown any destructive tendencies indoors.

Ideal Home

Joey would do best in a home without small pets. He would love another dog his size or larger to play with, but he would also be perfectly happy as an only dog, as he adores people and would appreciate having your attention all to himself!

Ongoing Health

Joey is currently heartworm positive and is undergoing treatment. He is still adoptable during this time.

Training & Support

Joey is already crate trained and walks well on a leash. He knows basic commands and is very good about waiting for his food until he's given the okay.
