Meet Lemon

At just 101 pounds and still growing, Lemon is all puppy in the best possible ways. She loves being close to her people and would happily spend her entire day soaking up attention, leaning against you, sitting in your lap (whether she fits or not!), and collecting as many belly rubs as possible. In her foster home, Lemon has truly blossomed. She adores the other dogs and absolutely loves spending time with the children, happily following everyone around and soaking up every bit of family life.

What makes Lemon's story especially touching is that she recently had a litter of puppies while still being a puppy herself. Now that her motherhood duties are behind her, it's finally her turn to enjoy being young, carefree, and loved. She's discovering what it means to simply be someone's cherished companion, and she's embracing every minute of it.

Lemon is a social, affectionate girl. She gets along well with other dogs, loves children, and has been reported to do well with cats. She rides well in the car, does great at the vet, is crate trained, and is fully potty trained.

Like any young giant breed puppy, Lemon is still learning her manners and discovering the world around her. She's incredibly eager to please and loves making her people happy. Since arriving in foster care, she has made amazing progress, has nearly mastered "sit," and is gaining confidence every day. With consistency, positive reinforcement, and a family willing to invest a little time in her continued training, Lemon will grow into an incredible lifelong companion.

Lemon is ready for her forever home and would fit well with many families, including those new to giant breeds who are willing to invest the time and training a young dog needs. In return, they'll get a loyal, affectionate best friend who wants nothing more than to be included in every part of family life.

Lemon is the total package—a big, goofy puppy with a gentle heart. She loves kids, enjoys the company of other dogs, does well in the car, is fully potty trained, crates on command, and wants nothing more than to be close to her people. Until the profile is removed from the public's view, this dog is considered available for adoption. To apply to adopt from Just Giants Rescue fill out an online. All approved applications are good for 12 months. Meet and greets can be scheduled with approved adopters. All dogs adopted from Just Giants Rescue are up to date on vaccines (Rabies, DHPP, Bordetella), microchipped, and spayed or neutered. Some exceptions may apply. All adoption fees are non-refundable; Just Giants is a NFP 501(c)3 organization.

Meet and greets can be scheduled with approved adopters.
Transportation from the foster home to the adopter is the responsibility of the adopter to coordinate. Just Giants does not adopt outside of the continental US.
