He has a nice balance of energy—he enjoys playtime and walks, but he’s just as content relaxing and soaking up attention. Transporation
Wind is currently fostered in Texas. Our dogs are transported to a predetermined location agreed upon by the rescue. The adoption contract and fee are finalized prior to transport. Transport fees apply if out of state and vary by location.
