Asha

Asha is a beautiful 1-year-old Akita Husky mix who currently weighs 72lbs and is expected to reach about 120lbs. She's a wonderful dog with a lot of love to give! Asha found herself needing a new home when a family member brought her home without permission and then moved out, leaving her behind. She's currently living in an apartment, which isn't ideal for her energetic spirit. Asha needs plenty of space to run and play.

Ideal Home

Asha would thrive in a home with someone experienced with Huskies, preferably with a large, fenced-in yard. She would do best with older, respectful children or no children at all. Asha is also looking for a home where she can be the only pet.

Ongoing Health

Asha is spayed and vaccinated.

Training & Support

Asha is still working on her leash manners and potty training. She is crate trained with the door left open. Consistency and positive reinforcement will be key to her continued success.
