Hello! I am Doug, a handsome, cuddly, one-year-old Beagle looking for a special home. I am super great with my humans but my doggy social skills need some work. I had a rotten, miserable puppyhood and now I need a gentle human to help me get it together. But a lot of the time, I am just plain good! If you have the patience, I have the love.

I need a patient and gentle human to help me build confidence. I have a sleep startle response, get a little possessive of my human with other dogs, don’t like cages, and hate it when you leave me alone.
