Delaney Dawn PC

Meet Delaney Dawn, a lovely 1.5-year-old Blackmouth Cur mix with beautiful blonde fur. She came to us in rough shape, suffering from severe neglect that left her with missing fur and skin issues. Thankfully, her foster mom has showered her with love, food, and care, and Delaney is now thriving! Her bones are no longer protruding, her fur is growing back beautifully, and she's ready to find her forever home.

Despite her past, Delaney Dawn's heart is full of love to give. She is great with children and other dogs, making her a wonderful companion for a family. However, she has a "no cats allowed" policy, so a feline-free home is a must.

Delaney Dawn is mostly potty trained when taken out on a regular schedule and is also crate trained. She enjoys her crate but her absolute favorite place to relax and sleep is snuggled up on the people bed with her loved ones. She was not given heartworm prevention in her previous situation and tested positive for heartworm disease, but she is currently undergoing treatment with medication.

Ideal Home

Delaney Dawn would thrive in a home where she can continue to receive love and attention. A home without cats is essential for her well-being.

Delaney Dawn is currently being treated for heartworm disease with medication.

Training & Support

Delaney Dawn is mostly potty trained and crate trained. She prefers sleeping on the people bed. Continued consistency with potty breaks and positive reinforcement will help her continue to succeed.
