Char

Char and his brother Coal arrived at our rescue as puppies. Char showed some dominant tendencies towards his brother, so we eventually separated them. He's now living harmoniously in a large yard with a female dog and enjoys their company without any conflict. Char is a high-energy and alert dog with a protective look, but he's not aggressive towards people. He's eager to please and very affectionate!

Ideal Home

Char would do best in a home where he can expend his high energy. Due to his predatory instincts, we do not recommend him for homes with cats or other small wild animals.

Char is a healthy young Catahoula mix.
