Application Details

• The price is $950 before taxes and fees, including a $200 deposit and $750 final payment.

• Pickup is available in Jamestown, KY.
• Meeting arrangements are available at flexible halfway points and in Erie, PA; Buffalo, NY; Cleveland, OH; Syracuse, NY; Utica, NY; Cincinnati, OH; Lexington, KY; Knoxville, TN; Louisville, KY; and Nashville, TN. Airport meeting points include Blue Grass Airport (LEX), Louisville Airport (SDF), and Nashville Airport (BNA).
• Ground transport is available as the provider will travel to meet families, starting at $100.
• Flight transport is available in the cabin of an airplane, starting at $300.
