Maggie

Maggie is an adorable White Labrador Retriever, estimated to be 4 years old and weighing just 35 lbs. She's a petite girl who absolutely adores people and showering them with affection. Maggie is generally okay with other dogs, but she can be a bit selective and prefers companions who aren't overly energetic or in her face. She also doesn't care for small children who might tease her or pull her tail and ears. However, she would do wonderfully with older children, like teenagers, who understand how to respect a dog's space. Due to a high prey drive, Maggie would not be a good fit for homes with cats.

Ideal Home

Maggie would thrive in a calm environment where she can receive plenty of attention and affection. She could be happy as the only dog, or she might enjoy the company of a calm, possibly older canine friend. A secure, fenced yard is ideal for her to safely explore, run, and relax in the sunshine.

Ongoing Health

Maggie is fully vetted, up to date on vaccinations, and is on year-round heartworm prevention. She has also been spayed and microchipped.

Training & Support

While Maggie loves people, she can be selective with other dogs and does not enjoy the company of small children. She also has a high prey drive. Guidance and patience will help her continue to be a well-adjusted companion.
