Chevy is up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations, has been spayed or neutered, is microchipped, and is current on parasite prevention. He has also been heartworm tested. You will receive copies of his veterinary and microchip records.

• Submit an online adoption survey.
• An adoption counselor will contact potential adopters within three business days.
• The adoption counselor will discuss the pet's needs and determine if it's a good match.
• Once a match is made, you will be asked to sign an adoption agreement and pay the adoption fee.
• An appointment will be set up for pickup.
