Meet Marcella, a distinguished 7-year-old, 65-pound lady with a heart of gold and a blend of English Setter, Lab, and probable Great Pyrenees. She's navigated life's challenges after being abandoned with a large group of hunting dogs, but her spirit remains gentle and sweet. Marcella is initially shy and will need a patient adopter to help her feel secure. Once she trusts you, her playful and loving personality shines through!

Ideal Home

Marcella would thrive in a calm and quiet home where she can feel safe and secure. She's looking for a patient family who understands she needs time to adjust. A confident, friendly resident dog would be a wonderful mentor for her, helping her learn that people are wonderful. Children who are past the "screaming and running everywhere" stage would be a great fit. She also gets along swimmingly with cats! A securely fenced yard is essential for her happiness and safety.
