Samuel is located in Houston, TX. Transport is included in the adoption fee and may vary to nearby towns or states. We coordinate with third-party transport services for weekly to Eastern states and bi-weekly or monthly to Western states. Adopters can track their dog's transport via the Life360 app or Facebook chats.
