Rio is a 3-year-old Aussie and Border Collie mix who is as clever as he is loyal! He's a true working dog at heart and thrives when he has a job to do, wanting everything to be just so. Rio previously lived with a family but realized his protective nature and desire for order meant he needed a different kind of home. He would be happiest on a ranch where he can assist with chores and help manage livestock. When he's not busy working, Rio loves a good game of fetch and enjoys entertaining himself with his toys.

Ideal Home

Rio would thrive on a ranch where he can have a purpose and plenty of space to roam. He is not suitable for homes with children under 8 years old.

Rio is neutered and vaccinated.

Training & Support

Rio is house-trained. He is a smart dog who will excel with clear direction and a consistent routine.
