Meet Morgan Wallen! This handsome 1.5-year-old husky mix is 40 pounds of pure joy and ready to find his forever home. Morgan has a unique charm – he has ischemic dermatopathy, a condition affecting his skin, which means his fur may not grow back fully. But we think he's absolutely perfect just the way he is! He's a bundle of energy with a moderate play drive, enjoying zoomies in the yard and then happily cuddling up on the couch. His favorite things include wrestling with his doggie friends and snuggling with his people. Morgan is a happy-go-lucky boy with a goofy personality that’s sure to brighten your day, complete with a happy feet dance and a wagging tail for everyone he meets! He’s also great in the car and loves chasing water from the hose.
Ideal Home
Morgan would do best in a home with older children who can respect his boundaries. He would prefer a home without cats.
Ongoing Health
Morgan has ischemic dermatopathy and is on two daily medications that he will likely need for life. His hair may not grow back fully.
Training & Support
Morgan is fully potty and crate trained and settles well in his kennel. He can sometimes pull on the leash out of excitement and can be reactive towards other dogs on leash, which is something he is currently working on. He is highly food motivated and is learning new tricks well.

Transportation
Morgan is currently in a foster home in Houston, TX. He is eligible for transport to an adopter once one is lined up.
