Walleye

Meet Walleye! He's part of the adorable "Fresh Water Eco-System Litter," also known as the "Swamp Puppies!" Walleye and his siblings were born to a mama rescued from a tough situation, and thanks to our wonderful vet partner and the Muttz Realty Whelping Room, they're now safe and sound. We believe Walleye is a mix of Husky and Shepherd and he's expected to grow into a large boy, around 50-60 lbs.

Ideal Home

Walleye is looking for an active home where he can get plenty of exercise and adventure. Given his potential size and energy, he would thrive in a home prepared for a large, spirited dog. He is noted as being with "Adult Only Home Preferred" and has a "No" for interactions with children under 8.

Ongoing Health

Walleye is up-to-date on vaccines, microchipped, and dewormed. He is also on flea, tick, and heartworm prevention. He will be scheduled to be spayed or neutered by the rescue before adoption.

Training & Support

As Walleye is still young, consistent training and socialization will be key to helping him become a well-adjusted companion.
