Hi there! I'm Odie, a handsome and intelligent Cattle Dog/Husky mix with a heart of gold. I may be misunderstood at times, but that's only because I have a lot of classic herding dog energy and a deep capacity for love! I've spent over a year with a dedicated dog trainer, honing my skills and learning to be the best companion I can be. I'm ready for my forever family who will appreciate my smarts and my adventurous spirit.
Ideal Home
I'm looking for a home without young children, where my humans are around a lot and don't have a constant stream of new people visiting. I need a good amount of exercise to keep me happy and a family who will continue to work with my trainer. I love adventures and am up for anything – bike rides, hiking, or scooter rides! Strangers can be a bit intimidating for me, so slow introductions are key. Once I know and trust you, I'll be your most loyal best friend, especially if you enjoy playing fetch with me!
Ongoing Health
All my medical needs are addressed before adoption. I'm up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccinations, have had fecal and tick disease testing, and am spayed/neutered.
Training & Support
I've received extensive training and completed a board and train program. I'm great with other dogs, currently living with about ten! I walk beautifully on leash without pulling and have excellent off-leash recall, being E-collar trained. I'm also crate-trained and house-trained. I'm muzzle-trained, which makes vet visits a breeze and helps me feel more comfortable meeting new people and dogs. I have a medium energy level and would love to continue my training journey with my new family.

- You'll also receive one year of free dog training sessions with my trainer in Denver post-adoption.
- I'll come with some food, treats, a leash, a collar, and PDFs of training materials, local coupons, and dog sitter recommendations.

I am currently located in Denver, Colorado. Transportation can be arranged to bring me to my new home.
