We call him Sammy, but maybe you can call him yours? Sammy is simply so sweet, we can't get enough of this boy! He's a delightful mix of playful energy and snuggle bug. Sammy's adorable little bunny hops might make you think he's ready for the NBA, and he certainly loves a good game of fetch or tug-of-war. But don't let his athleticism fool you; he's just as happy to cuddle all day long. Sammy is friendly with everyone he meets, including dogs of all shapes and sizes. He's a true catch, and you'll be lucky to have him!
Ideal Home
Sammy would love a home with a yard where he can zoom around and play, or he'd be happy with a couple of walks each day to burn off his puppy energy. While he enjoys playing with more energetic canine companions, he also does well with older, calmer dogs.

Training & Support
Sammy loves treats, which makes training a breeze! He's already mastered waiting patiently by the door for walks and enjoys sharing treats during "banana time" with his foster siblings. He also does well in his crate and while eating in his crate. He prefers durable toys, as he finds it quite entertaining to destuff softer ones!

Transporation
Sammy is located in Texas. We facilitate adoptions nationwide using our transport system. We have drop-off locations in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada (pick up in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY or Brattleboro, VT for Canadian adopters). Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
