She loves people, gets along wonderfully with other dogs, and has never shown any food aggression. She enjoys playing with canine friends and is respectful and submissive around larger dogs. Whether she's exploring the outdoors or relaxing with her family after a day of fun, Batsy is happiest when she's included in the action. When Batsy first came into rescue, she had a significant injury to her paw that required surgery to remove several toes. It is unknown whether the condition was caused by trauma or a birth defect. The good news is that she has recovered beautifully and today you would never know she had surgery. She is pain-free, active, and walks, runs, and plays like nothing ever happened.
