Jasper

Jasper is a handsome 5-month-old Shiba Inu mix who weighs an estimated 34 lbs. He's a loving, gentle boy who enjoys playing with balls and toys. Jasper is not hyper or mouthy and interacts well with humans and other dogs. Volunteer Janet calls him an "all-around great dog" and gives him a 10/10! Staff member Stephanie agrees, calling him the "bestest boy" who is calm, plays gently, and even jumps up gently. He knows the Shiba Inu "scream" but chooses not to use it. His favorite pastime is showing off his toys and he's even learning to play fetch all by himself! Jasper is neutered and ready to find his forever home to brighten up your summer.

Ideal Home

Jasper seems to get along well with other dogs, but a meet-and-greet is required if you have dogs at home. We do not have information on his attitude toward cats.

Ongoing Health

Jasper is neutered and up-to-date on vaccinations.

Training & Support

Jasper keeps his kennel quite clean, and we believe he may be easy to house train. He's learning fetch and enjoys showing off his toys.
