Liko

Liko's story is one of resilience and hope. She, her mother, and her siblings faced a horrific act of cruelty when they were barely two weeks old. Thankfully, they were rescued, and Liko survived. She grew, learned to trust, and was adopted. Now, through no fault of her own, Liko is back, searching for her forever family. She's an incredible dog who, after overcoming such unimaginable hardship, deserves a home where she can finally feel secure and loved.

Ideal Home

Liko would do best as the only dog in her home. She is fine with cats and would likely do best with older children who can respect her space and enthusiasm.

Ongoing Health

Liko has no known ongoing health conditions.

Training & Support

Liko is crate trained, potty trained, and exceptionally smart. She knows sit, stay, down, and place, and walks beautifully on a leash. She thrives with structure, activity, and people she can trust. While she can be a little shy when meeting new people, once she feels safe, she is a devoted best friend.

Liko is currently in a foster home in Chattanooga, TN, and is available for transport to a number of locations within the continental United States.
