Kai was surrendered when his mom moved into assisted living and couldn't take him along, but now he's hoping to find a new family who will love him like he deserves.

Kai is extremely loyal and forms strong bonds with his people. His happy, affectionate personality shines when he's with those he trusts. He loves carrying his toys around and proudly showing them off, and when it's time to play, his zoomies will definitely bring a smile to your face! Kai takes treats very gently, always polite and appreciative. He's house-trained and easygoing, and he enjoys a routine.

Ideal Home

Kai would do best in a calm, low-pressure, adult-only household. He would prefer a home without children as they tend to make him nervous. He can live with another dog as long as they respect his space and understand he enjoys having some room to himself. A structured environment where his routine is maintained would be ideal.
