Vera is a young, female Husky mix who has overcome a difficult past and is now ready for her forever home. She was sadly abandoned at a kill shelter on what should have been her first birthday, simply because she had blood in her urine. Despite her fear and pain, her tail still wagged, showing her resilient spirit. Thankfully, she was rescued and has since been treated, declared heartworm negative, spayed, and is up to date on all her vaccinations. Vera is a vibrant and healthy dog who is now craving the warmth, love, and safety she never had. She is ready to give her whole heart to someone who will cherish her and never give up on her again.
