Gina

Gina is a beautiful, 8-month-old spayed female Belgian Malinois mix, weighing 56lbs. She was found as a tiny puppy abandoned in a cardboard box by a busy road. Despite her rough start, Gina is now in a loving foster home and ready to find her forever family!

Ideal Home

Gina would thrive in an active home with someone who will play with her daily. She would do best with older, dog-savvy children (10+) as she can be jumpy when excited and doesn't realize her size. A home with another dog would be ideal to keep her company and help burn off puppy energy. She is enthusiastic about neighborhood kitties, so a cat-free home is recommended.

Gina is spayed and up-to-date on vaccinations.

Training & Support

Gina is crate trained and working on house training, with no accidents when crated for up to 8 hours. She walks well on a leash and shows no signs of separation anxiety. She is currently in the "puppy velociraptor stage" and needs guidance on appropriate chew toys. She prefers to eat her treats alone. Slow introductions to new dogs are recommended due to a past incident where she was attacked by adult dogs.
