Fin's story hasn't been an easy one, but you'd never know it from the love and joy and his sweet spirit he brings everywhere he goes. At only about 1.5 years old Fin spent most of his young life tied to a chain with very little attention, affection or opportunity to just be a puppy. Now that he's safe in rescue, he's discovering what freedom, kindness and family truly feel like -- and he is soaking up every second of it! Fin is all puppy. He loves life, loves people and absolutely adores giving kisses and cuddling close to humans. He's learning that walks are fun, toys are exciting, soft beds are amazing and being part of a family is the best thing ever. Despite everything he missed out on early in life, Fin's heart is wide open and ready to live with everything he has. He does great with other dogs, is okay with cats, and absolutely loves children -- he lives with 7-year-old twins. Fin would thrive with an active family who wants a loyal sidekick for walks, adventures, backyard playtime and couch cuddles afterward. His foster mom lovingly calls him a "Pocket Pittie," though our dog ID also listed Boston Terrier and several other breeds mixed in there -- whatever he is he's 100% adorable. More than anything, Fin just wants what every dog deserves: love, attention, stability and the chance to finally belong to a family who will never let him feel unwanted again. In return, he'll give you endless affection, laughter and one very grateful heart.

Fin's dream home would be one with a stable routine, structure, patience and lots of affection -- the kind of home where he can continue learning and finally feel secure and cherished.

Fin is neutered, microchipped, and current on his shots.
Training & Support
Fin is working hard on his manners and training. He's already about 80% crate trained and 90% house trained. Understandably, confinement can still be hard for him after spending so much of his life restricted on a chain, but he continues to make progress every day with love and consistency.
