Lenny's story started the way far too many in Texas do. He found himself needing a fresh start at a young age, but thankfully his luck changed when he was welcomed into foster care. Now this happy, thriving pup is ready to find the forever family he's been waiting for. At just 1 year old, Lenny is everything you'd expect from a young Heeler. He's curious, energetic, incredibly intelligent, and always ready for his next adventure. He's looking for an active home that understands the needs of his breed and is excited to help him continue growing into the amazing companion he's meant to be. Lenny loves to stay busy or at least think he has an important job to do. Whether it's hiking, playing fetch, learning new tricks, exploring the neighborhood, or simply following his favorite people from room to room, he's happiest when he's included.
