Meet Lacey, a sweet and adventurous 31-pound bundle of joy! This approximately year-and-a-half-old Boxer/terrier mix is the perfect size for both grand adventures and cozy couch cuddles. Lacey is a social butterfly with Olympic-level skills, making friends with dogs of all sizes and personalities. She's confident, playful, and knows how to gracefully disengage when she needs a break, showing impressive emotional regulation. When she's not exploring, Lacey transforms into a relaxed cuddlebug, finding her favorite spot to nap. She adores people, offering gentle kisses and politely taking treats. Lacey is a dream on leash and would make a fantastic companion for walks, hikes, or road trips. She's also surprisingly chill with cats, and while she hasn't met children yet, she shows all the signs of being a gentle and family-friendly dog. She is crate-trained, treat-motivated, and genuinely makes life easier.
Ideal Home
Lacey would thrive in a variety of homes. She could be happy with playful dog siblings or as an only dog. An active family who enjoys outings would be great, and she'd also love a backyard. She has shown potential for living with cats, but slow introductions are recommended. A kid-test can be arranged for interested adopters.
Ongoing Health
Lacey is up-to-date on all vetting, including DAPP with booster, Bordetella, and Rabies vaccines. She has received multiple broad-spectrum deworming treatments and flea prevention. She is also microchipped.
Training & Support
Lacey is crate-trained and treat-motivated. She responds well to guidance and enjoys leash walks.
