Richard could be your die-hard best buddy! At 5 years old and almost 100 pounds, this Pit Bull mix is a big boy, though he doesn't always act like it. Richard came to us as a stray and was unfortunately never claimed. We believe he previously lived in a home because he sits perfectly for treats and has had very few accidents at the shelter. We’re confident he’ll be 100% house-trained once he’s back in a routine. Richard absolutely loves people! He has plenty of energy for outdoor fun but transforms into the cutest couch potato for afternoon naps. While he gets enthusiastic when meeting someone new, he settles down quickly and is very well behaved. Richard's adoption fee has been generously sponsored, so he is ready to go home with no adoption fees!

Ideal Home

Richard would do best as the only pet in his new home, as he's not the biggest fan of other canines, cats, or small children.

Richard is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on his vaccines.

Training & Support

He sits perfectly for treats and has had very few accidents at the shelter. We’re confident he’ll be 100% house-trained once he’s back in a routine.

Transporation

Richard is located at The Babinski Foundation in Pequot Lakes, MN. Shelter visiting hours are Tuesdays through Saturdays from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM or Sundays from 12:00 to 5:00 PM.
