Daisy (Disney mom Roxie)

This is Daisy, a sweet Beagle and Pit Bull mix who came to us in January 2022. She gave birth to a litter of puppies in our care, and one of her babies, Izzy, was adopted along with her. Daisy and Izzy have been inseparable ever since, sharing a special bond. Tragically, their beloved owner passed away, and their family could no longer care for them. Now, Daisy and Izzy are looking for a new beginning, ideally together.

Izzy is a wonderful companion. She's great with kids, cats, and other dogs, and has a loving and easygoing nature. Daisy, on the other hand, is more sensitive. She's fearful of strangers and takes time to warm up. While not aggressive, she has occasionally nipped when scared. She needs a calm, patient home that will allow her to adjust at her own pace. We know it's a difficult time for dogs needing homes, but we believe someone out there can offer these two girls the stability and love they deserve. Please consider opening your heart and home to Izzy and Daisy, whether through adoption or foster care.

Ideal Home

Izzy would thrive in almost any home. Daisy needs a calm, patient home that will let her adjust at her own pace due to her fearfulness of strangers.

Ongoing Health

Both Daisy and Izzy are spayed and vaccinated.

Training & Support

Daisy can be fearful of strangers and may nip when scared. Patience and understanding will be key to helping her feel safe and comfortable.
