Shine

Shine is a charming 5-year-old husky mix with a heart full of love to give! She's all spayed, up-to-date on vaccinations, and has tested negative for heartworm. Shine was born with a condition called intramural ectopic ureters, which meant her body's natural plumbing didn't quite connect as it should. While surgery as a puppy corrected some of the issue, she still experiences occasional urinary leakage. This sweet girl is crate trained and loves to play with toys and chew on bones. She also enjoys a good dip in the swimming pool and gets along wonderfully with other friendly dogs. Shine is on the smaller side for a husky, which is great because it means she won't be tempted to jump a six-foot fence! Be prepared for some husky shedding, as a good brush and a vacuum will be your best friends. Shine is looking for a family who will embrace her unique needs and love her unconditionally.
