Jason Statham

Jason Statham is an 11-month-old, neutered male, Pitbull mix weighing approximately 50 lbs. He was born and is currently being fostered in Houston, Texas. Jason is the action hero of playtime and the sweetheart of snuggles! He's a calm, stoic little guy who loves to play with his siblings, carry his favorite toys, and soak up attention from his people. Jason can be a bit nervous at first, so he'll do best with a patient, gentle, and calm family. He has learned "sit," "stay," and "lay down," is crate trained, and is almost potty trained. He is not yet leash trained.

Ideal Home

Jason would do best in a home where his people are home more often than not, as he is still learning and benefits greatly from companionship. Another friendly dog would be wonderful, though not required. He has not been around cats. While he hasn't been around children yet, he is expected to do well with kids who understand boundaries and how to interact respectfully with dogs.

Training & Support

Jason needs continued guidance with leash training. Like all young pups, he will thrive with consistency, structure, and positive reinforcement. You will be asked how you plan to socialize him with new people, places, and dogs to help him develop into a confident, well-adjusted adult.

Transportation

Jason is currently located in Houston, Texas. He can be transported to the Petfinder-listed city once an adopter has completed the screening process, virtual home visit, and reference checks. Transports run every few weeks, and he will be on the next available transport once approved.
