Meet Leeah! This sweet girl is looking for a fresh start and the forever home she truly deserves. Leeah is around 6 years old and weighs 45 pounds. She was rescued from a shelter over a year ago, and her family absolutely adores her. Unfortunately, due to a major out-of-state move and life changes, they're heartbreakingly unable to take her along. Their biggest wish is simply to find her a safe, loving home where she'll continue to be cherished.
From her foster: Leeah is a dream of a dog! She is the perfect mix of couch potato and adventure buddy. She is perfect with my 3 children and 3 cats. Her cute traits are toe-tapping happiness for mealtime, keeping my bed warm, and being able to be left uncaged with no problems. She's fully crate trained, rides wonderfully in the car, does well for baths and vet visits, and has even done great at doggy daycare and overnight boarding.

Leeah is missing one eye, but it doesn't slow her down one bit and requires no special care at all. She's completely self-sufficient and happy living life like any other dog.
Ideal Home
Leeah would love a yard to soak up the sun and do her zoomies, but more than anything, she just wants a cozy couch, loving people, and a place to belong.
Ongoing Health
Leeah is missing one eye, but this does not require any special care and she is otherwise healthy.
Training & Support
She can be a little strong on leash at first simply because she gets excited, but she calms down and walks great!
