Tia

My name is Tia, but my friends here call me Titi! I'm a sweet and playful adult Pit Bull Terrier mix who ended up at the shelter after being found abandoned. It took some convincing (and tasty chicken jerky!) to get me comfortable with my rescuers, and I rode back to the shelter in the passenger seat, ready for a fresh start. I can be a bit unsure of new people at first, but once I warm up, I promise you'll see just how loyal and loving I am.

Ideal Home

I'm looking for an experienced adopter who can help me navigate the world with confidence and continue my socialization. I would do best in an adult-only household. I might be able to live with a male dog who is my size or larger, but I'd prefer to be the only cat in the home.

Ongoing Health

I am spayed and up to date on vaccinations.

Training & Support

I can be a little reactive towards strangers, and I'm working on my basic socialization skills. Patience and understanding will go a long way in helping me feel secure and build trust.
