Everest

Everest is a handsome 10-month-old GSD mix, weighing around 60 pounds. He has the striking sleek black coat of a Doberman with the coloring of a German Shepherd underneath, giving him a unique and beautiful appearance. Everest is a sweet boy who can be a little shy when he first meets new people or finds himself in new situations. However, once he gets to know you, his loving personality shines through, and he'll want to be your best friend! He absolutely loves to play ball and will even bring it back to you. Squeaky toys are also a big hit, and he can entertain himself for hours with them, tossing and playing. You'll often find him happily lounging on his back, exposing his belly for rubs.

Ideal Home

Everest would do well with an attentive family who can help him gain confidence. He would also be especially happy in a home with another young, playful dog who can be his friend and playmate.

Ongoing Health

Everest has received all of his puppy vaccinations, has been neutered, and is microchipped.

Training & Support

Everest is crate and potty trained, which is fantastic! He is still working on his leash walking skills but does very well on pack walks when he feels secure with his foster siblings. His shyness around new people means he would benefit from a patient family who can help him build his confidence.
