Percy is a charming 3-year-old, 11-pound pug/Chihuahua mix with an adorable underbite and a heart full of love! He came to us from a confiscation case in Southern California and, after finding his footing in a safe environment, has blossomed into a gentle, friendly, and happy boy. Percy is a mellow pup who enjoys walks and is incredibly affectionate, often rolling onto his back for belly rubs. He's also crate-trained and has shown himself to be a good companion, even doing well with other dogs in his foster home.
Ideal Home
Percy would be a wonderful addition to a variety of families. He's a sweet and mellow dog who prioritizes his humans and would be perfect for someone looking for an "easy" dog to bring calm and comfort.
Ongoing Health
Percy has had a recent health check with a veterinarian. His adoption fee includes spay/neuter, core vaccinations (Rabies and DPPV per AVMA standards), any indicated preventative care, a heartworm test, and a microchip with lifetime registration.
Training & Support
Percy is continuing to learn family routines and rules. He's working on basic commands like "sit" and is developing his understanding of household expectations. He's a bright boy with great eye contact, and with consistent positive reinforcement, he'll surely continue to learn and grow.
