Alan (sponsored fee)

Alan came to us on 1/22/2024 from the city pound after his legal hold time was finished. We're guessing on his breed mix, but are thinking Dutch or German Shepherd, and maybe even Mastiff. He is a big, strong, and friendly guy with a gorgeous brindle coat. He is about 6 to 7 years old and has been fully vetted and microchipped. Alan's adoption fee is sponsored, so his fee is $150. He's a sensitive soul who wants to be around people all the time, and he's truly a fantastic dog who deserves all the love and attention.

Ideal Home

Alan would prefer to be the only pet in the home, and at this point in his life, he truly deserves all the love and attention. He might be a bit too large and strong for really young kids.

Ongoing Health

Alan has been fully vetted and microchipped.

Training & Support

Alan does appear to be housetrained and knows some basic commands. He walks pretty well on leash with a harness.

• Applications start by contacting us through Wags.
• Adoptions are done via private appointment once an application has been completed and approved.
• Potential adopters must be at least 21 years old.
• Resident dogs must be up to date on vaccinations, heartworm testing/preventative, and spayed or neutered.

We are located at 101 22nd St. SE in Austin, right next to the airport. It's exit 180B off of I-90, right off of 218 South.
