This handsome fellow is KING, a 6-8 year old lab mix with a fun, fluffy tail that makes him truly stand out! KING is a solid "10" in terms of energy and loves to run and be active. He's about 55 lbs of pure athleticism and joy. KING is friendly with people, kids, and other dogs, making him a wonderful companion for an active family. While he's generally quiet and sweet, he will bark to alert you to anything unusual, showing his good sense. He's not overly affectionate, but those moments when he leans in for a head rub are sure to melt your heart. KING is self-sufficient and not high-maintenance, appreciating a good meal and treats without being overly driven by food or prey.

KING would thrive in an active home where he can enjoy his energetic spirit. He's looking for a family, whether it's one person or five, who is committed to providing him with an active and healthy lifestyle.

Ongoing Health

KING is fully functioning and has no health issues that impact his quality of life. He does have some physical scars from a past injury, but these do not hold him back.

Training & Support

KING is already crate and house-trained and will let you know when he needs to go outside. He doesn't show signs of storm or separation anxiety. While he's a smart boy and follows directions, he has a past tendency to chew plastic water bowls, so metal ones are recommended.
