Tommie

Tommie is a 1-year-old terrier mix with an abundance of love to give! He came to us from an overcrowded shelter and is now looking for his forever family. Tommie is a playful pup who also enjoys a good snuggle session. He loves following his people around with a toy in his mouth and is always up for a cuddle.

Ideal Home

Tommie would thrive in an active home with other dogs and/or children to play with. He has a lot of energy and needs daily mental and physical stimulation to prevent boredom and potential destructiveness.

Ongoing Health

Tommie is up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccinations, is microchipped, and will be neutered prior to adoption. He comes with a 30-day health certificate.

Training & Support

Tommie is receptive to training and eager to please. He's working on basic commands and is making great progress with potty training and sleeping in his crate at night. Leash training is a work in progress, as he can get excited and pull or bark on walks, but with patience, he's sure to master it.

• Adopters must live within 75 miles of Racine, WI.
• Adoption fee is $300, which includes a $100 deposit for mandatory training classes. H.O.P.E. will contribute $50 towards the cost of these classes. The deposit is fully refundable upon completion of the classes.
