Scooby knows some commands and is likely housetrained – he's such a good boy who has clearly received good care and love in his past.

Scooby deserves a fantastic home and will be happy in most situations. He's ready for adventures like hikes and camping, or he's perfectly content chilling out watching a game or movie, sharing the couch, or curled up on a bed at your feet!
