He approaches things calmly and may need a little extra encouragement when coming out of or returning to his kennel, but he allows leashing without issue and remains sweet and cooperative throughout. His submissive body language shows a dog who is eager to please and looking for reassurance. John didn’t get much guidance early on, so he’s still figuring out leash manners and basic commands—but the good news is that he wants to learn. He’s very treat-motivated, takes treats politely, and is already working on his "sit." With a patient, kind person to build his confidence and continue his training, John has all the potential to blossom into a loyal, loving companion who will truly thrive once he feels safe and understood.
