Lilly

Hi there! I'm Lilly, a sweet two-year-old, 34-pound mix of Pit Bull and Australian Shepherd. I can be a little shy at first, but once I warm up, I'm full of affection and playfulness! I love to cuddle and will happily melt into your lap, but I also enjoy a good play session. I've been through a lot with my sister Piper, and we're quite inseparable. Because of our bond, I'd do best in a home with another dog. I love kids and get along wonderfully with other dogs. I don't guard my food or react to barriers. I haven't been tested with cats yet, but I'm not super prey-driven, so I think I'd be fine with them. I'm crate trained and pretty good on a leash, though I might get nervous and sit down if something is startling. A little patience will go a long way, and I promise I'll catch on quickly! I'm not quite potty trained yet, but my foster family thinks I'll pick it up very quickly, just like my brother did!

Ideal Home

A home with another dog would be ideal, as I am very bonded with my sister. I also love kids and am looking for a family that understands I can be a bit shy initially, but will bloom with patience and love.

Ongoing Health

I will be spayed and fully vaccinated before adoption.

Training & Support

I am working on potty training, but my foster family believes I will learn quickly. I can be a little nervous on leash at first, but with patience, I learn fast!

I am located in Burkesville, KY, but I can be transported out of state for the right home. A transport fee may apply if volunteer transport is not available.
