Jeffery

Jeffery is a handsome 2-3 year old Staffordshire Terrier mix who weighs in at a hefty 90-95lbs. He's a gentle giant with people and is looking for a loving home where he can truly shine. Jeffery was sadly dumped at the Dallas shelter, but he's ready to leave his past behind and embrace a brighter future. He's a super loving boy who enjoys nothing more than cuddling on the couch and enjoying leisurely walks.

Ideal Home

Jeffery would do best in a home with a single person, a couple, or a family with older children (12 years or older). He needs to be the only pet in the household as he doesn't like other male dogs and is questionable with female dogs. He is not a dog park dog and would prefer a more relaxed lifestyle, making him perfect for someone who enjoys quiet companionship. Absolutely no tie-outs or electric fences will be permitted.

Ongoing Health

Jeffery is heartworm negative and up to date on all his vaccinations.

Training & Support

This smart boy is already crate trained and potty trained! He knows his commands and is a responsive companion; if you raise your voice, he'll back up and sit beside you. He thrives on positive reinforcement and would make a wonderful, loyal friend.
