Ivy

Ivy is a beautiful 1-year-old Redbone Hound/Labrador Retriever mix who is the total package—loving, smart, easygoing, and incredibly well-mannered. Weighing approximately 50 pounds, this sweet girl has a heart as big as her smile and has never met a stranger. She adores people and greets everyone with a wagging tail and her signature paw shake, always ready to soak up affection. Ivy has a wonderfully calming effect on other dogs, even those who are typically selective, and walks beautifully on a leash, demonstrating excellent manners both at home and in public. She easily adjusts to new situations and is happy to be by your side, whether you're enjoying a quiet evening or heading out for an adventure. Sadly, Ivy found herself in a high-kill shelter through no fault of her own, but her sweet temperament helped save her life. Now, she's ready for her happy ending with a forever family who will shower her with the love she so willingly gives.

Ideal Home

Ivy would thrive in a home that can provide her with love and attention. A yard that is adequately and fully fenced (no electric or underground fences) is required.

Ongoing Health

Ivy is fully vetted, spayed, up to date on vaccinations, and kept on heartworm and flea prevention.

Training & Support

Ivy has excellent manners at home and in public, walks beautifully on a leash, and is generally well-behaved.
