Meet Peter! This sweet 3-year-old Pitbull is ready to find a special home that understands his unique needs and can offer him the patience and love he truly deserves. Peter navigates the world a little differently as he is deaf and has some visual impairment. Despite these challenges, he's a loving and resilient pup with so much potential in the right environment. Peter was recently returned to our adoption center because his previous adopter's other dog became jealous, creating an unstable situation at home. Because of this, Peter will thrive best in a calm, structured home without cats, and ideally as the only pet, or with a very easygoing canine companion. He will need time to adjust to new surroundings, but with gentle guidance and understanding, Peter will make a loyal and affectionate friend.

Peter is neutered, dewormed, microchipped, vaccinated, and heartworm negative.
