Gunther

Gunther is a handsome 6-year-old who's ready to find his forever home! He's a high-energy guy who absolutely loves attention and pets. He's also a smart cookie, knowing "sit" and "lay" (though his "lay" is more of a rolly-polly on his back!). Gunther is a gentle soul, taking treats delicately and enjoying a good game of fetch with his favorite toys. He's very tolerant of handling all over, including his paws, ears, mouth, and tail, and he doesn't mind being picked up.

Ideal Home

Gunther would do best in a home without younger children, but he would likely be a great companion for kids 12 and older. He also gets along well with other dogs and would thrive with a female canine sibling.

Ongoing Health

Gunther is current on his vaccinations, licensed, and microchipped. He has been heartworm tested and is on monthly flea/tick and heartworm prevention. He will be spayed/neutered prior to final adoption.

Training & Support

Gunther does jump up for attention, so he'll need a family who can work with him on this and redirect his excitement.
